James has over 15 years experience at Millennium Global in FX operations, settlement, compliance and technological development. At Millennium Global, he has helped scale up AuM from $2.5bn to $18bn by designing the operational architecture to support over $700bn of annual FX volume in 2018.

Prior to Millennium Global, James worked at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Nomura in FX settlements.
